At Forest Lane Dental, we are pleased to offer Direct Billing (also called Assignment of Benefits) which means that we will file your insurance claim electronically if your insurance company permits, and you pay only the remaining balance (if a balance remains).
Yes, Forest Lane Dental is pleased to accept all national plans and does direct billing with most insurance companies.
