The process is safe and does not affect or damage the structure of your teeth in any way. The entire process usually takes approximately 60 minutes and is repeated 3-4 times for best results. Our professional team will send you home with custom made plastic trays created using impressions of your own teeth, along with a hydrogen peroxide gel. At home, you simply fill the trays with the gel and apply them over your teeth for 30 minutes two times daily until your desired results are achieved.
